Academic Technology (AT) provides the following support for on-campus events, such as department graduations:
- Checkout equipment
- PA system with microphone (up to four microphones on request). Includes cables and stands as necessary
- Projector and projector screens
- Webcams (for Zoom events)
- Camcorders (for non-Zoom, recorded events)
- Training on how to use the checkout equipment provided at the time of checkout in LIB 80
- Training on hosting a Zoom session for large-scale events
- Webinar licenses can be provided where appropriate for events with an expected remote attendance of 300 participants or larger
Note: PAs and projectors cannot be checked out for off-campus events.
AT is unable to provide direct event support, including setup and tear-down, at the time of your event. Instruction on setup and tear-down will be provided at the time of checkout.
