Event Support

Academic Technology (AT) provides the following support for on-campus events, such as department graduations:

  • Checkout equipment

    • PA system with microphone (up to four microphones on request). Includes cables and stands as necessary
    • Projector and projector screens
    • Webcams (for Zoom events)
    • Camcorders (for non-Zoom, recorded events)
  • Training on how to use the checkout equipment provided at the time of checkout in LIB 80
  • Training on hosting a Zoom session for large-scale events
    • Webinar licenses can be provided where appropriate for events with an expected remote attendance of 300 participants or larger

Note: PAs and projectors cannot be checked out for off-campus events.

AT is unable to provide direct event support, including setup and tear-down, at the time of your event. Instruction on setup and tear-down will be provided at the time of checkout.
