Canvas for Students

Beginning in Summer 2022, instructors may begin offering courses in Canvas. Here's what students need to know.

All students enrolled in courses that have opted-in to Canvas will also see a course in Canvas called Passport to Canvas. This course will guide you through learning how to navigate a Canvas course.

During the transition period you may have courses in both iLearn and Canvas. Don't panic! All courses will show up in iLearn and will take you to the correct place after logging in. Courses in Canvas will be marked with [Canvas] both in your list under My Courses on the front page of iLearn, as well as in the semester tabbed interface, represented below.
